Pleasant Harbor Marina is looking forward to getting a New Fuel Dock! Marine Floats of Tacoma has been building a replacement for "D" dock, including our fuel dock. We're looking forward to the scheduled install date of Feb 2009, if all goes according to plan. Below are a few photos of the construction at the Marine Floats Facility.

2/24/09 demolition and removal of the old fuel dock "D-Dock"
Update 2/18/09 We started removing the old D-dock (Fuel Dock) today!! By sunset all the fingers were removed and the half the decking for the landing is gone. The D-dock ramp is now closed until the new dock & ramp are in place. Please use the A/B dock ramp to access C, E, & F docks. D-dock will be open for fuel and pumpout until Monday 2/23 when we will stop service until the new dock is in place.
Update 2/17/09 Here's photos of the new dock and fuel building. The complete dock should depart Tacoma on Monday 2/23 and arrive at Pleasant Harbor Tuesday afternoon 2/24 if the weather is good. Things will start happening fast on Wednesday!
