Emergency Contact Procedures

Diane is doing her best to contact people by e-mail when extreme weather hits.  If you want this information please make sure the marina office has the correct e-mail info.  Remember this may happen at night or weekends so your work e-mail may not be best unless you get that at home.  If you need to update or confirm contact info please e-mail us and we will make corrections.  Current phone numbers (home, cell, work) are useful as well if we find something that requires immediate attention on your boat. 

We've learned we can not always take time to sit down and make phone calls.  Employees sometimes can't make it to work in extreme weather and everyone here is on the docks working.  With the manpower available in extreme weather we often didn't have anyone inside to answer phones or make calls.  E-mail is the most efficient method of communication unless you have an immediate need.  On a break we can check mail.  At that time we will reply, or call you if necessary.  We hope that all makes sense.  It's not that we don't want to talk to you, sometimes we just need to stay focused on getting the work done.
